Non-Refundable Items

  • Downloadable digital content such as e-books, training programs, and mental performance courses are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
  • Personalized nutrition plans and virtual coaching sessions are non-refundable once the service has begun or the plan has been delivered.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please initiate a return within 7 days of delivery. Ensure to provide proof of damage for swift resolution.
